Fall Training - Box $250
$250 If registered by August 20th ($300 after)
Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8 PM in the box.
September 1-October 22, 16 sessions.
Tuesday will consist of one hour of speed and conditioning drills.
The second hour will consist of skill work. Primarily shooting, dodging and defensive positioning.
Thursday will be team-based drills: 2 man game, off-ball movement, picks, unsettled situations and games.
Fall Ball - Box $150

Saturdays, starting August 29th - October 31st
U15 and Up 11-12
U13 10-11 am
Free Clinic for Beginners 10-11
U7, U9 and U11 9-10 am
We will divide kids by ability level.
We put together some All-Star teams to play up in Tampa in Brian Lemon’s league.

Two tournaments: Paradise in Naples on November 7th and 8th and Derek Piper in Wesley Chapel on November 21st and 22nd.
